Philip M. Irani, Esquire, CPA is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, has a Master degree in Taxation from Robert Morris College and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Western State College of Colorado.

He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and The United States Tax Court. The Pennsylvania Board of Accountancy also licenses him as a Certified Public Accountant.

He has been in private accounting and legal practice since 1991. He has over twenty years of experience in public accounting in both national and local accounting firms.

His specialties include corporate and individual taxation, partnerships, business valuations, the purchase or sale of businesses, taxation of real estate transactions, sales taxes, and estate planning for the small business owner.

He also provides legal services for his clients as the need arises. He has represented many clients before the Internal Revenue Service and before Federal and Pennsylvania Courts. He has provided testimony as an expert witness in both federal and state courts.

He has been a speaker at numerous continuing professional education seminars.
